Curtain was broken, only 2 towels for family of 4, breakfast buffet was mediocre; only 1 nespresso pod per day; no adult beverages worth drinking

Good food
A bit old, but lack of activities for kids and entertainment. No good attention to the guest asked fot towels pr anything to the room and it took hours if they get there, no beach, all dirty. The hotel coudl probably clean the beah off the sargaso so the guests can swim in the ocean, you cant do that Good restaurants but you can’t reserve a table sonthe waiting time is about an hour. We had money in the roommpur mistake we didn’t pit ot tin tue safe, lost crocs at the property And i could Go on but wont

The hotel is VERY far from everything. And it’s not very easy to find an Uber for 5 people… taxi for 4 is a different thing though. Also the food wasn’t very good. Only the breakfast…
